Privacy & Data Protection

This statement explains how TEKORA TOV, as data controller, handles the personal data of the people it deals with in the course of its business. It applies to this website and to the enquiries and correspondence we receive.

Data controller: TEKORA TOV (ТОВ «ТЕКОРА»), 14, prov. Chervonoarmiiskyi, Kyiv, 03039, Ukraine. Contact for data-protection matters: [email protected]. Last reviewed: 2026.

1. Who we are

TEKORA TOV is a Ukrainian company engaged in the wholesale distribution of electronics and IT hardware, registered in Kyiv (DUNS 365181749, EDRPOU 35910616). We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this statement.

2. Scope of this statement

This statement covers personal data we process when you contact us, request a quote, place or manage an order, or otherwise correspond with us — including data reached through this website. This is an informational website: it does not host an online store, a login area or a submission form, so we do not collect personal data through forms on the site itself.

3. What data we collect

We limit collection to what we need to do business with you:

  • Business contact data — name, company, job role, email address and, where you provide it, a telephone number and postal or delivery address.
  • Enquiry and order data — the content of your messages, the products or specifications requested, quantities, delivery details and related correspondence.
  • Technical data — when you visit this website, standard server-level information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested may be processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

We do not seek to collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not send them to us.

4. Why we use it (purposes)

  • To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
  • To process, fulfil and deliver orders, and to arrange logistics.
  • To provide after-sales support, including warranty and returns coordination.
  • To manage our commercial relationship, accounting and record-keeping.
  • To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and to keep our systems secure.

5. Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data". Depending on the situation, our processing relies on: the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one; our legitimate business interests in operating and communicating with customers and suppliers; compliance with our legal obligations; and, where applicable, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

6. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to run our business:

  • Logistics and carrier partners — delivery details needed to ship your order.
  • Manufacturers and suppliers — where required to fulfil an order or process a warranty or return.
  • Professional and IT service providers — such as accounting, hosting and email providers acting on our behalf.
  • Public authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

Where a provider processes data for us, it is bound to use that data only for the agreed purpose and to keep it secure.

7. International transfers

Our service providers (for example hosting and email) may process data on infrastructure located outside Ukraine. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data continues to be protected to an appropriate standard.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and afterwards as required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access controls and secure handling of correspondence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep our safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.

10. Cookies

This website is intentionally lightweight. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across sites. Any strictly necessary technical processing is limited to what is required to serve the pages securely.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

  • confirm what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete data where there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it;
  • restrict or object to certain processing; and
  • withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Ukrainian data-protection authority if you believe your data has been handled improperly.

12. Changes to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always the one published on this page.
